◆龍門滾鍍設備主要應用于小型工件的批量電鍍，設計特點如下：

1）行車設有接水盤裝置，防止滾桶和工件帶出的液交叉污染槽液。

2）行車設有脫水機械，當滾桶被提起后，脫水機械帶動滾桶旋轉，使滾桶和工件藏有的液滴回原站位，減少鍍液的浪費。

3）滾桶的裝卸料采用自動裝置完成，并可與后處理機械手自動銜接，減少為設置錯誤，降低工勞動強度。

4）滾桶設有自動稱重裝置，整流機可根據滾桶的裝載量自動設定電流。

5）滾桶轉軸和蓋板的花式設計，有效的防止滾桶卡貨或夾貨，提高電鍍的良品率。

◆Gantry Type Barrel Plating Equipment mainly for small size, high volume plating, design feature as follow

1）Hoist with containment tray to prevent contamination due to dragging of solution from barrel and parts

2）Hoist comes with drying mechanism, when barrel if lift up, drying mechanism and rotating the barrel and force the solution drip back to tank, reduce loss of plating solution

3）Barrel with automatic unloading design, and can link to post treatment hoist, prevent human handling error and reduce manual labour work

4）Barrel comes with auto weighting device so rectifier can set the current automatic according to barrel weight
