機床減震墊鐵有效的衰減機器自身的振動,減少振動力外傳,阻止振動力的傳入,保證加工尺寸精度及質量,控制建筑物結構諧振傳播振動力和噪音.使粗、精加工各類機床組成生產單元,S78-8系列機床減震墊鐵適應物流技術的發展.安裝機床不需設置地腳螺栓與地面固定,良好的減振和相當的垂直撓度,使機床穩定于地面,節省安裝費用,縮短安裝周期.可根據生產隨時調換機床位置,xc二次安裝費用,使機床樓上安裝成為可能.
使用方法：將墊鐵放置機床地腳孔下，并將每個墊鐵均受力后再調整機床水平，{zh1}旋緊螺母。
注：可調整高度為10-18mm，產品8種，橡膠硬度可供選擇。
How to Use:
Place the mounts under the bolt holes of the machine and made adjustment to be sure that each of the mounts is under even force and then make levelling and finally tighten the nuts.
