CHAMBER（腔室）

l         Horizontal jacketed vacuum/pressure vessel - all mild steel construction, on saddles

l         Front and rear doors on hinges, with automatic forged locking rings, rated to 100 bar in argon; rear door opens to permit access to rear of chamber for maintenance

l         Dimensions - nominal dimensions, jacketed chamber and door
