It all started in a garage in Alpen:
This is where Dieter Heistermann designed manufactured modules systems as well as control cabinets with pneumatic components together with an engineer founded the company PNEUMOTEC GmbH Pneumatik-Modul-Technik
1991
The company grows with the demands requires therefore more space. PNEUMOTEC moves into new premises in "Lindenau 30", which is located in the new commercial estate in Issum.
1993
A change of company activities was registered at the District Court Geldern:
Production of automation systems fthe industry
1994
Takeover of the PNEUMOTEC GmbH by the Voortman GmbH
(There was already a close partnership between the companys in the past years)
The constant growth of the company required more space. Production halls were expanded.
1998
Foundation of holding company "Voortmann Holding"
(Voortmann Holding was superordinate to the Voortmann GmbH bundles the common interests like insurance, materials management, administration etc.)
2001
Move into the newly built offices production halls,
"Gewerbering" in Issum
2003
Production halls were extended by 800 m2.
