磁性分離器是一種無心磨床中一個用來分離金屬鐵屑、細鐵屑、鑄件鐵屑等從冷卻液中分離出來的機器。磁性分離器主要分為膠輥磁性分離器和梳齒磁性分離器兩種。

    膠輥磁性分離器用于磨床及其它機床冷卻液的凈化。通過分離器的磁性滾筒把冷卻液中的鐵屑吸出，使冷卻液保持干凈、使用磁性分離器可以減少砂輪修正次數(shù)，提高工件的表面光潔度,延長砂輪和冷卻液的使用壽命。同時減輕工人的勞動強度，減少了冷卻液對環(huán)境的污染，膠輥磁性分離器不適用于冷卻液中含較大顆粒的場合。

    梳齒磁性分離器用于軋輥磨床，軸承磨床等大流量工作雜質(zhì)多的生產(chǎn)場所。其工作面呈梳齒狀，內(nèi)部永磁材料磁性強度高，與鐵磁性雜質(zhì)接觸面積大，能夠有效的將冷卻液中的鐵磁性雜質(zhì)吸附在梳齒表面，并經(jīng)向上傾斜的刮板刮出，雜質(zhì)與冷卻液分離效果好，提高工件加工精度，是大流量磨削機床理想的配套設備。特別適合于冷卻液中雜質(zhì)顆粒較大的場合。
