工作原理：A：當線圈通電，動鐵芯吸合，先導閥口處于開啟狀態，使主閥塞上腔降壓，主閥塞因壓差開啟，介質流通。

           B：當線圈斷電，動鐵芯復位，先導閥口處于關閉狀態，使主閥塞上腔升壓，將主閥塞壓下，電磁閥關閉。

注：出口端壓力大于進口端壓力時，介質會反向導通。可安裝止回閥或定制自帶止回功能的電磁閥。

無源信號反饋：當閥打開時，信號公共線和開信號線接通；

              當閥關閉時，信號公共線和關信號線接通；
