DEL (M) series of belt weighing feeder (Adjust speed or Constant speed belt scales) is fit for all loose bulk, granular, powdery materials implement continuous weighing, dynamic metering and charge mixture equipment. Widely used in building materials, cement, chemical, coal, mining, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, food, fertilizer, feed, ports, electricity, coking industry, environmental protection etc.
工作原理Working Principle
來自皮帶上物料的重量信號和皮帶運行的速度信號一同傳送到微處理控制器,自動計算物料的瞬時流量。通過連續不斷的比較設定流量與實際物料的瞬時流量,從而調節皮帶運行的速度,使實際物料流量保持在設定流量值上。
The weight signal and speed signal belt running from the belt material to transfer to the micro processing controller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of materials. The transient flow through the continuous setting flow and the actual material, to adjust the belt running speed, so that the actual material flow is maintained in the set value of flow.
