Summary
 Tasteless, odorless and yellow to orange-yellow crystalline powder. It is unstable to light and decomposes to produce colors. In the coenzyme Q group, it has the side-chain isoprene unit number 10. Clinically, this is used as a cardiovascular activator as well as for improvement of oedema associated with congestive heart failure and pulmonary congestion, etc.
