Outdoor lighting protection level IP is generally IP23 or above, and need to be marked. The waterproof grade of LED projection lamp is generally IP65, IP66 and IP67. The specific interpretation is as follows:
1. Waterproof grade IP65 can prevent the water from the nozzle from all directions from invading the electrical appliances, but cannot be soaked in the water for a long time;
2. The waterproof grade IP66 is defined as "electrical appliances installed on the deck can prevent damage caused by big waves";
3. The waterproof grade IP67 is defined as "the electric appliance is immersed in water for a certain period of time or the water pressure is below a certain standard, which can ensure that it will not be damaged due to water immersion".
Therefore, in principle, IP65, IP66 and IP67 cannot be immersed in water for a long time. It is better to choose IP68 LED projection lamp. On the other hand, if ordinary LED floodlights work in a humid and rainy environment for a long time, they should pay more attention to regular maintenance.
