1、技術原理：Art of Technology:
采用納米氧化鋁為原料，集材料科學、凝聚態物理、表面、界面等多學科綜合技術，經高度濃縮懸浮生產工藝，通過納米顆粒表面修飾技術、凝膠澆注成型技術等制備出的高強度、耐高溫的泡沫陶瓷。本產品使用高溫度可以達到1750℃，是我國目前硅酸鋁、多晶莫來石、氧化鋁纖維等輕質材料無法達到的。
The Alumina Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation was manufactured based on the multiple technologies of Material Science, Condensed Matter Physics, Surface/ Interface science with the Nano Particle of Alumina oxide . With the art of technology of highly concentrated suspension process, surface modification of nano-particles and Sol-Gel casting,the Alumina oxide ceramic foam with excellent compressive and flexural strength was developed. The application temperature can be high as 17500C which is not available for aluminium silicate, polycrystal mullite ,alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight brick in the market.
2、技術特點：Characteristics:
（1）純度高，氧化鋁含量高于95%。
High Purity: Al2O3 > 95%;
（2）使用溫度高，可達到1750℃。
Application temperature: up to 1750℃
（3）強度高，相比耐火纖維使用壽命大大提高。
High strength: much longer lift time than RCF.
（4）體積密度低，為0.2-0.5 g/cm3 。
Ultra-low density: 0.2-0.5 g/cm3
（5）熱導率、線性膨脹系數低。
Low Thermal Conductivity and Linear Thermal expansion coefficient;
（6）“Fiber-Free”，生產和使用過程中對人體無害。
Fiber free: harmless to people in the production and using process.
（7）耐沖擊，可以快速加熱和冷卻。
Great Thermal Shock Resistance: can be used for quickly heating and cooling.

4、應用領域：Applications:
（1）1000-1750度實驗室及工業爐爐襯。
1000ºC-1750ºC laboratory or industrial furnace lining;
（2）電熱或者燃氣爐爐襯。
Electric or gas heating furnace lining;
（3）臺車爐爐襯。Kiln cars lining;
（4）使用溫度需要達到1750ºC的應用。

（5）含有H2 & CO的還原氣氛或者氧化氣氛的高溫領域;
