1 About steam sterilization

We imported a set of steam sterilization equipment from Japan and we are the first and only factory which can do steam sterilization service. Steam sterilization has become an unavoidable issue with food products and it forces industry to revisit their entire production lines, in order to comply with the ever-increasing requirements of European Standards

2 Products that can be sterilized

Sterilizing Products can be powdered matter devided into the following:

Chinese herb medicine powder:root,bark,leaf etc.

Grain powder:all kinds of beans,millet,nuts etc

Dried vegetable powder

All kinds of spice powder

3 Steps of steam sterilization

Step1 :Decontaminate, clean, and dry all instruments and other items to be sterilized

Step2: Open or unlock all jointed instruments and other items, such as hemostats and scissors, and disassemble those with sliding or multiple parts

Step3:Preparation work befroe sterilization, packs, drums, or unwrapped items

Step4: Arrange all packs, drums, or unwrapped items in the chamber of the autoclave in a way that allows steam to circulate freely

Step5:Adjust autoclave to desired tempreture

Step6: Autoclave is automatic, the heat will shut off and the pressure will begin to fall once the sterilization cycle is complete

Step7: Store items properly
