預制式塑膠跑道是一種卷材跑道。以tr橡膠及人工橡膠為基礎，混合礦物質填充劑、穩定劑及色料于工廠內連續壓延處理，并以280-300℃的高溫加硫硬化一體成型，機械壓花，紋路一致的雙層結構合成橡膠。采用環保的tr橡膠、合成橡膠和環保助劑等材料預制模壓印花，通過自動化生產線，經高溫（180～200℃）一次性預制生產成型。具有環保和良好的耐候性、耐磨性，具有厚度均勻、彈性均勻、耐釘刺、抗老化能力強、抗沖擊吸收好、回彈優異等特點。是環保要求和運動員比賽提高成績{sx}產品，各項技術指標均符合國標及國際田聯IAAF要求。
