機床特性：

結構：

主要鑄件均采用高級鑄件材料，并經由退火處理，xc內應力，以確保高精度、高剛性，并延長機器壽命。

     滑道：

     磨床左右及前后雙V滑道黏貼耐磨樹脂TURCITE-B(鐵氟龍)，并經過精密鏟花，不僅滑動順暢且耐磨，最適合成型研磨。

主軸：

使用彈筒式一體化設計之直結式軸，并采用P4級超精密斜角滾柱軸承，在高速旋轉下，低噪音、無震動、扭力大，適合重切削及各式成型研磨。

自動潤滑系統:

采用循環式自動潤滑系統，當主軸啟動時，潤滑油即自動循環對各螺桿及滑道提供強制潤滑，可大大降低滑道磨損度。機柱上方裝有一個油鏡可監看潤滑情形。
