Single ball hardness difference between surface and core is small (less than 2HRC in general);
Hardness difference between balls is small (less than 3HRC in general).

Hardness difference between various batches is small (less than 3HRC in general).

2. Low Breakage Rate:

As the operation of 6 meters high falling ball test reaches 20,000 times, there is no breakage.

3. Low Deformation Performance

Due to the optimization of quenching and tempering heat treatment process, the microstructure and hardness distribution of steel ball from surface to core is very uniform. During the wearing process, the ball can maintain in good shape.
