LBP1800WS/1800H 型自動外(內)合片板壓中空玻璃生產線

該生產線采用了國際{zxj}的中空玻璃制造技術和工藝， 主要由上片、清洗干燥、燈檢、鋁框定位、自動合片、
大行程板壓、板壓后傳送段（翻轉段）組成?？杉庸さ绕瑔螌?、雙層和不等片中空玻璃，效率高。
This production line, which includes glass loading section, washing and drying machine, light inspection section, aluminum frame
loactation, auto-assembly, large stroke press machine and transmit section (title table), adopts the most advanced IG manufacture
technology and craft in the world. This production line can process same edge glass, stepped glass, and double insulating glass and
three layers glass with high efficiency.

性能特點

可自動識別鍍膜、LOW-E玻璃的膜層面，報警提示。
上片時靜態放置玻璃，保證安全生產。
清洗機采用不銹鋼和其它耐腐蝕材料，具備優良的防水性能，安全、衛生、設備使用壽命長。
能夠清洗3-18mm厚玻璃，適用范圍廣。
能夠生產等片單層、雙層和不等片中空玻璃，生產效率高。
采用國內外zmpp低壓電器、傳感器、PLC等元件，安全可靠，使用壽命長。
采用觸摸屏人機界面，操作方便，并能自動診斷設備故障，自動化程度高。
采用護板表面烤漆、噴塑處理，外形美觀且經久耐用。
板壓段能夠大行程推開{zd0}至500mm，便于維護、保養。
干燥段實行循環熱風，保證玻璃的吹干效果且降低噪音。
與全自動打膠機連線使用，大大提高了勞動生產率。
全線采用優質PVC板通過數控加工和靠輪組合，防水、防潮，美觀、耐用。
