2014年12月22日，歐盟委員會(huì)就{zx1}的RoHS 2.0 的修訂草案（EU256_EN）通知世界貿(mào)易組織WTO，草案中將原先4項(xiàng)被列入優(yōu)先評(píng)估物質(zhì)的3項(xiàng)鄰苯加入到了管控要求中，增加一項(xiàng)鄰苯DIBP，刪除了HBCDD，PRT 于2014年12月對(duì)此有過(guò)專題簡(jiǎn)頁(yè)PRT-201412-11。
2015年6月4日，歐盟在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布指令(EU) 2015/863對(duì)RoHS 2.0(2011/65/EU)附錄II進(jìn)行修訂，正式將四種鄰苯二甲酸酯(DEHP、BBP、DBP、DIBP) 列入RoHS 2.0附錄II中，此前曾在RoHS 2.0中被列為優(yōu)先評(píng)估物質(zhì)的六溴環(huán)十二烷（HBCDD）未被正式列入限制物質(zhì)清單。
至此附錄II共有十項(xiàng)強(qiáng)制管控物質(zhì)。

(EU) 2015/863指令將于2015年6月24日正式生效，歐盟成員國(guó)需在2016年12月31日前將該指令轉(zhuǎn)化為歐盟各國(guó)的法律法規(guī)。實(shí)施時(shí)間如下：
完成轉(zhuǎn)換及執(zhí)行時(shí)間
1、各成員國(guó)完成法律轉(zhuǎn)換：2016年12月31日；
2、1-7,10,11類產(chǎn)品法律執(zhí)行期：2019年7月22日；
3、8,9類產(chǎn)品法律執(zhí)行期：2021年7月22日。
本次修訂，玩具類產(chǎn)品的鄰苯限制（DEHP, DBP, BBP）則不參照RoHS指令，而應(yīng)遵循REACH法規(guī)附件XVII第51條的限制。PRT諾特檢測(cè)提醒客戶按照最終修訂的法案對(duì)自己的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行排查審核。
通過(guò)PRT實(shí)驗(yàn)室的大量數(shù)據(jù)分析，聚氯乙烯材料（PVC）是目前檢出含有鄰苯二甲酸酯的材料重災(zāi)區(qū)，應(yīng)該引起企業(yè)的高度關(guān)注。PVC材質(zhì)目前仍然屬于材料界使用較廣泛的材質(zhì)，更多企業(yè)因考慮到替換PVC材料的成本上升而沒(méi)有提前改善，按照最近的RoHS鄰苯執(zhí)行時(shí)間，企業(yè)雖然還有4年的時(shí)間來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)此次RoHS的改變，但是考慮到電子產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈傳遞及工藝改進(jìn)，這都將耗費(fèi)一定的時(shí)間，部分企業(yè)可能會(huì)縮短對(duì)于供應(yīng)商在產(chǎn)品均一材料中的限制使用的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)。
