食品接觸材料檢測

“食品接觸材料”(Food Contact Materials, 簡寫：FCM) 是指產品在正常使用中與食品有接觸的材料。因其與食品直接接觸，被稱為食品的“貼身內衣”，其安全性直接影響到食品的安全，這也是企業最關鍵的控制點。食品接觸材料涉及的產品包括，食品包裝，餐具、廚具，食品加工機械廚電產品等，食品接觸材料包括：

Food Contact Materials Testing

Food Contact Materials is the material which contacted with the food under normal use. It was called the “underwear” of the food for they contacted directly. The safety of FCMs affected the food safety very closely which become the key point for all manufacturers. The FCMs product included food container, package material and kitchenware. Those FCMs are: plastics, resin, rubber, silica gel, metal, alloy, paper, cardboard, glass, ceramic enamel, colorants, printing ink, etc.

FCMs would have effect on the food flavor, taste, and color, besides, and it would release harmful chemical ingredients such as heavy metal and toxic additives which would migrate to food andbe eaten by people.
