XGP-全自動觸屏洗水機

選材講究，操作簡便:

      所有與液體接觸部分全部采用304不銹鋼制造，經久耐用。自起動到停止均由按鈕控制，操作簡便。

超前設計，結構合理：

     采用滾動簡式結構，正反轉控制，使洗滌、漂色效果更理想。設有開門自動停機聯鎖保護裝置，確保操作人員的安全。采用多級皮帶傳動，使小帶輪增大，從而使帶輪、皮帶經久耐用。還可以到用戶一要求的轉速。

控制溫度，確保洗滌質量：
     設有蒸汽噴射管，安裝于外地檔度部，作直接加熱。裝有溫控制保證水液溫度，從而達到良好洗滌效果。

性能特點：

1、配備可編程程序控制器，采用觸摸屏和PLC控制。

2、產品采用三級皮帶傳動，增大傳動比，減輕電機工作符合。

3、滾筒可定時正、反轉向。

4、氣動控制直接加熱蒸汽系統或電磁閥控制直接加熱蒸汽系統。

5、定量加水系統。

6、氣動排水控制系統。

7、氣動剎車系統，停機后內門對外門自動控制。

8、采用無極調速變頻器控制（8-38rpm）和接觸器控制雙系統

Inrer drum can be rotated chockwise direction and counterclockwise direction

automafically so that fabrics are rotated uniformly.The machine will be stopped when the machine’s door is opened because it is equipped with safe device.Belt transmission、raising transmission ratio、reducing motor s load.

Control the temperature to ensure the washing quality:

A steam jet tube is installed in the field gear section for direct heating. It is equipped with temperature control to guarantee the temperature of water liquid, so as to achieve good washing effect.
