英國Bert伯特進口水環真空泵概述

 水環真空泵內裝有帶固定葉片的偏心轉子，將水（液體）拋向定子壁，水（液體）形成與定子同心的液環，液環與轉子葉片一起構成可變容積的一種旋轉變容積真空泵。

英國Bert伯特進口水環真空泵的特點：
 水環真空泵（簡稱水環泵）是一種粗真空泵，它能獲得的極限真空為2000~4000Pa，與真空泵組成機組真空度可達1~600Pa。水環泵也可用作壓縮機，稱為水環式壓縮機，是屬于低壓的壓縮機，其壓力范圍為1~2×105Pa表壓力。
水環泵最初用作吸水泵，而后逐漸用于石油、化工、機械、礦山、輕工、醫及食品等許多T8487446736(不是聯系方式)工業部。在工業生產的許多工藝過程中，如真空過濾、真空引水、真空送料、真空蒸、真空濃縮、真空回潮和真空脫氣等，水環泵得到廣泛的應用。由于真空應用技術的飛躍展，水環泵在粗真空獲得方面一直被人們重。由于水環泵中氣體壓縮是等溫的，故可抽除易燃、易爆的氣體，此外還可抽除含塵、含水的氣體，因此，水環泵應用日益多。

如圖：（見附加圖片）在泵體中裝有適量的水作為工作液。當葉輪圖中指示的方向順時針旋轉時，水被葉輪拋向四周，由于離心力的作用，水形成了一個決定于泵腔形狀的近似于等厚度的封閉圓環。水環的部分內表面恰好與葉輪輪轂相切，水環的下部內表面剛好與葉片頂端接觸（實際葉片在水環內有一定的插入深度）。此時葉輪輪轂與水環之間形成一個月牙形空間，而這一空間又被葉輪分成葉片數目相等的若干個腔。如果以葉輪的部0°為起點，那么葉輪在旋轉前180°時腔的容積由變大，且與端面的吸氣口相通，此時氣體被吸入，當吸氣終了時腔則與吸氣口隔絕；當葉輪繼續旋轉時，腔由大變，使氣體被壓縮；當腔與排氣口相通時，氣體便被排出泵外。
綜述，水環泵是靠泵腔容積的變化來實現吸氣、壓縮和排氣的，因此它屬于變容式真空泵。
