【展會介紹】
保加利位于歐洲巴爾干半島東南部。北面與羅馬尼接壤（多瑙河當邊界），東南面毗鄰土耳其和西南面，保加利行政區劃希臘，西北面鄰接塞爾維（以前南斯拉夫的成員國）和西南面毗鄰馬其頓（以前南斯拉夫的成員國），東瀕黑海。面積111001.9平方公里，海岸線長378公里。多瑙河是保加利與羅馬尼的界河。巴爾干山（意為“多山的地方”，在保加利境內稱為“老山”）將保加利分為北部的多瑙河平原和南部的色雷斯低地。
【同中國的關系】
中國與保加利于1949年10月4日建交。50年代，兩國關系發展順利。60年代起，雙邊交往一度減少。自80年代起兩國各領域的交流與合作逐步增多，兩國關系平穩發展。[8] 
1952年中保兩國政府訂了兩國間個貿易協定。60、70年代雙邊貿易額大幅下降。80年代后，兩國經貿關系發展較快。兩國署了鼓勵和保護投資協定和避雙重征稅協定。1985年成立了兩國政府間經濟、貿易及科技合作委員會。2009年，雙方署了《中華人民共和國商務部和保加利共和國經濟能源旅部關于經濟合作的諒解備忘錄》。2010年10月，中保經濟聯委會第14次例會在索非召開。
兩國貿易額逐年增長。2001年為1.18億美元，同比增長89.1%。2002年為1.19億美元，同比增長1.33%。2003年為2.25億美元，同比增長89.1%。2004年為4.05億美元，同比增長79.9%。2005年為5.31億美元，同比增長31%。2006年為18.65億美元，增長251.37%。2007年為9.69億美元，同比下降48%。2008年為13.3億美元、同比增長36.8%。受金融危機影響，2009年中保雙邊貿易額為7.4億美元，同比下降45.1%。2010年為9.8億美元，同比增長33.5%。2011年為14.66億美元，同比增長49.0%。2012年為19.0億美元，同比增長29.4%，其中中方出口額10.6億美元，進口額8.4億美元，同比分別增長4.9%和83%。
