雕刻花崗巖專用石材雕刻機

很多石材裝飾、石碑加工都是采用花崗巖這類材料，但是很多石材雕刻機朋友都不太喜歡雕刻這么硬的資料，所有石材種類當中花崗巖算是硬度非常高的資料了。一般都雕刻一些大理石、砂巖、青石、人造石等硬度的資料。要我說要雕就雕花崗巖。不要認為他硬度高，其實選擇好合理的刀具、設定好合理的參數，就和雕刻低硬度的材料一樣。

　　所以選擇刀具的時候要選擇密度和強度都要好一些的刀具。高硬度的金剛石刀具，或者是高密度的金剛砂刀具都是比較好的選擇。使用金剛石刀具的時候要確保主軸的高轉速，花崗巖的硬度和密度都比較高，一般設置在2000轉每分鐘就可以。對于金剛砂的刀具，一定要選擇那種內面很多層的那種，否則就不耐磨，而且這種金剛砂的刀具一定要保證冷卻水的及時供應，水流要盡量大，噴到刀頭上的面積要盡量大。這種金剛砂刀具一旦冷卻水跟不上就很快會燒壞。
