The empty enclosures of the ZENITH-P series are designed to guarantee excellent mechanical resistance to impacts and chemical agents, even in extreme atmospheric and temperature conditions, thanks to the glass-fiber reinforced polyester used (GRP), created using technology SMC which makes it virtually indestructible. Reliability and resistance make ZENITH-P empty enclosures the most suitable products for applications in the oil & gas, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The fixing points are inside the profile of the boxes, but outside the seal. The wall thickness allows the creation of entry holes using machine tools. The empty enclosures are approved as components ("U"); this partial certificate can be used as a basis for the certification of a complete system or to guarantee IP66 protection degree for zone 2/Gc and / or 22/Dc in self-certification applications in the European area. For applications outside the European community it is necessary to contact an accredited ATEX and IECEx laboratory.
