1、技術(shù)原理：Art of Technology:
采用納米氧化鋁為原料，集材料科學(xué)、凝聚態(tài)物理、表面、界面等多學(xué)科綜合技術(shù)，經(jīng)高度濃縮懸浮生產(chǎn)工藝，通過(guò)納米顆粒表面修飾技術(shù)、凝膠澆注成型技術(shù)等制備出的高強(qiáng)度、耐高溫的泡沫陶瓷。本產(chǎn)品使用高溫度可以達(dá)到1750℃，是我國(guó)目前硅酸鋁、多晶莫來(lái)石、氧化鋁纖維等輕質(zhì)材料無(wú)法達(dá)到的。
The Alumina Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation was manufactured based on the multiple technologies of Material Science, Condensed Matter Physics, Surface/ Interface science with the Nano Particle of Alumina oxide . With the art of technology of highly concentrated suspension process, surface modification of nano-particles and Sol-Gel casting,the Alumina oxide ceramic foam with excellent compressive and flexural strength was developed. The application temperature can be high as 17500C which is not available for aluminium silicate, polycrystal mullite ,alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight brick in the market.
2、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：Characteristics:
（1）純度高，氧化鋁含量高于95%。
High Purity: Al2O3 > 95%;
（2）使用溫度高，可達(dá)到1750℃。
Application temperature: up to 1750℃
（3）強(qiáng)度高，相比耐火纖維使用壽命大大提高。
High strength: much longer lift time than RCF.
（4）體積密度低，為0.2-0.5 g/cm3 。
Ultra-low density: 0.2-0.5 g/cm3
（5）熱導(dǎo)率、線性膨脹系數(shù)低。
Low Thermal Conductivity and Linear Thermal expansion coefficient;
（6）“Fiber-Free”，生產(chǎn)和使用過(guò)程中對(duì)人體無(wú)害。
Fiber free: harmless to people in the production and using process.
（7）耐沖擊，可以快速加熱和冷卻。
Great Thermal Shock Resistance: can be used for quickly heating and cooling.
