1、外商合伙的概念：外商投資合伙企業是指2個以上外國企業或者個人在中國境內設立的合伙企業，以及外國企業或者個人與中國的自然人、法人和其他組織在中國境內設立的合伙企業。外商投資合伙企業類型包括外商投資普通合伙企業（含特殊的普通合伙企業）和外商投資有限合伙企業。
