1、外商合伙的概念：外商投資合伙企業(yè)是指2個(gè)以上外國(guó)企業(yè)或者個(gè)人在中國(guó)境內(nèi)設(shè)立的合伙企業(yè)，
以及外國(guó)企業(yè)或者個(gè)人與中國(guó)的自然人、法人和其他組織在中國(guó)境內(nèi)設(shè)立的合伙企業(yè)。外商投資合伙
企業(yè)類型包括外商投資普通合伙企業(yè)（含特殊的普通合伙企業(yè)）和外商投資有限合伙企業(yè)。

2、公司名稱：每個(gè)名稱只有通過工商部門查實(shí)并預(yù)留方為有效。

其公司名稱將會(huì)標(biāo)明“普通合伙，特殊普通合伙，有限合伙”字樣。特殊的普通合伙企業(yè)，需要提交
合伙人的職業(yè)資格證明的，應(yīng)當(dāng)依照相關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定，向企業(yè)登記機(jī)關(guān)提交有關(guān)證明。

 partnership, limited partnership ". In special general partnership enterprise, partners
