瓷磚切割機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程：

   1.沒有通過過培訓(xùn)掌握操作技能不得操作切割機(jī)。若要操作要得到保管人的許可，并要有專人指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)護(hù)。

   2.工作前勞保穿戴齊全，袖口，衣襟要扎緊。必須戴防護(hù)眼鏡，防止發(fā)生屑傷眼睛事故。

   3.在工作前要檢查各機(jī)械部件（如鋸片、臺面、螺絲、鏈條、電機(jī)、開關(guān)按鈕等）是否正常。如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)報告維修班修理，排除故障后方能開機(jī)。

   4.有裂紋、不平滑、缺齒和鈍齒的鋸片不能使用。更換鋸片時必須把電源斷掉，鋸片要安裝牢靠，垂直于軸中心線，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時不得有跳動現(xiàn)象。

   5.檢查防護(hù)擋板是完整有效，不得任意拆改。活動的防護(hù)擋板不得隨意遷移。
